I am updating the wikipedia article for our cars

Certainly a work in progress but I am a WP editor and have over 10,000 edits. I will be slowly adding material over the next weeks but I wanted to let you see the progression over time. Very excited about this car and the history. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chalmers_Automobile

    Leather straps holding the spares

Recently got new rims for my 1911, and when putting them on the spare holders I realized I had no idea how they came off originally. Does anyone have a diagram as to how to tie the straps through the holders and around the spare? Thanks Prewitt Scripps

    Welcome to pre '16s !

There are alot of us out there and I hope this becomes a place to share ideas. I noticed recently that a Chalmers '12 touring which sold recently at Bonhams', still has it's original rear entry sill plates. Mine are plain reproductions but it's good to know there is something out there to copy from.

I bought this 1914 Chalmers 6 model 24 at RM in Scottsdale this weekend.

I will post the details in the registry when I can but this is the information that I have on the car so far and would like it if someone can point me to any info that you might see on this site. Glad to join the community. Touring bodywork. It is almost completely original and unrestored, wearing

    Timer Water Pump Assembly

I am looking at having a timer water pump assembly machined. I got 3 extras with my car and all have the same fatal structural crack in them. I believe this part could be machined yielding a part that wouldn't fail, destroying gears and who knows what else in the process. If anyone is interested ple
